I was wondering if u could rate these specs and tell me how many fps I'd expect from games such as Gta5,Terratech and maybe mc, as reference?

-Corsair Obsidian 450D Case

-Intel Core i7 4790K CPU

- ASUS Z97-Deluxe Motherboard

-Corsair RM-1000 ATX Power Supply

-16GB DDR3 1600Mhz Memory

-2TB 7200RPM HDD

-DVD-R/RW/CD-R/RW

-Microsoft Windows 8.1 -Samsung 250GB 840 SSD

-Corsair H100i Liquid Cooler

PSU is overkill. Your build is good you can play those game on ultra 60fps

So 60 fps would be what I'd get from using the highest settings? What about normal if I may ask?

It all depends on the game - Medium settings in Witcher 3 will give you 75-ish fps whereas in CS:GO medium will give you 400fps

I think you could spend more on the GPU rather than the motherboard. I suggest a GTX 960 or something
