GTA IV GFWL Issue

Hello. I'm having a bit of trouble with my GTA IV. I launch the game, I'm prompted to sign into my GFWL account. I do that, then It says that it needs to update. I click ok and the game starts to load and here in lies the problem It will not load it's stuck in an endless loading screen.

 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Simple answer - don't update.

I've tried that but the actual problem is. The game doesn't load at all. I've reinstalled it 3 times
