Windows stuck at working on updates.

My computer is stuck at "working on updates 100% complete don't turn off your computer" screen after installing updates for like 15mins now, should I restart? The hard drive indicator is all lit up. It usually does that when my computer hangs up. So what should I do.

Just be patient if it goes for like an hour then id try force restarting
