How to turn off cursor acceleration?

I have a lenovo y510p and when I use the touchpad, the cursor has some sort of acceleration that is very annoying. As I turn up the sensitivity it gets worse obviously, I turn it down it goes away but the cursor then moves too slow. When I hook my mouse up It is fine and has no acceleration. Its just with the touchpad, a former generic HP laptop I was using had a crisp and good feel to it, this does not.
