So guys, I have some money to build a new GAMING PC.

I want a new PC for GAMING. I do some video editing here and there, but not as a main focus, at all. Gaming is my main focus and I want to run games the best I can.

I might even try playing games at 1440p or buy an ultra wide that has 3440x1440 like the Acer Predator X34 and of course, try my best to to get high framerates.

The games I plan on playing with this new build are: Guild wars 2, The Witcher 3, Fallout 4, Arma 3, Dark souls 3.

My budget was originally £1600 (That's pounds guys, from England ;)) but I can maybe stretch to £1900 although I'd prefer not to. So now I am a bit stuck on what parts I should get and I would really appreciate some help. Please note that the monitor and peripherals are already purchased and are not included within my budget.

If you guys feel the two builds shown are still not the best for my money, please post what you feel is better. Thanks for your time and help!

Not even close to being a choice, go Skylake. Why would you spend that much money and not have an upgrade path. And this.

All right sweet, thank you. With that out of the way, do you feel like any of my chosen components aren't right? Or should be changed? like motherboard, GPU (i will want the ti, but I mean the make for example: MSI, Asus).

Or do you feel that everything I have chosen for the price adds up nicely and is everything I ask for? :)

Very helpful man, thank you very much. I have never, ever used ''PC Part picker'', I have always used overclockers because their service has been great. I'm guessing PC part picker chooses the cheapest place available to get the chosen component?

It makes initial shopping much easier.  Always look for deals elsewhere too.  PCPP is good for pricing, but they miss deals sometimes.
