So I have a Razer Deathadder Chroma, but recently the software started giving me a hard time. Everytime I turn off the pc and boot it on again it forgets my profiles and goes into a old profile which I made when I first got the mouse, but i've deleted that profile over and over by now and it still shows up.

Anyone knows what to do? I already reinstalled the software.

I have given up on Synapse. As I type this on a Blackwidow and use my Naga Hex, I cannot wait to sell these/burn these. Honestly, no idea. I had the same problem and basically just said "SCREW IT I DO NOT NEED MACROS"

Try "Revo Uninstaller" and pick "advanced" uninstall. It might have some old junk left over and this will rip it out. The second thing is it could be because of the cloud sync BS, I have my synapse in "offline" status.

Friends don't let friends buy Razer.

Seriously.  Their hardware is unreliable and shows signs of defect within 12-24 months.  And their Razer Synapse software is garbage.  Recently, I've had this problem where Razer Synapse is consuming 100% CPU time on one core, and large amounts of disk read time, as if it's doing some kind of system scan.

No thanks.

I've always hated synapse since it came out.

Hey! New SIgnature!

I'm supposedly a person on the Internet, but you'll never know if I'm human or not ;)
