**UPDATE** I have just ordered 7 Noctua NF-F12 PWM

Hi im Bil I'm from the Jordan and this is my first build but I'm facing a few problems with the fan noise

Here is my rig

http://pcpartpicker.com/user/bilbeissi/saved/j98gXL

**i have my top 140mm fan disabled**

so the problem I'm having is that the fan on the 980ti hybrid is loud and I'm looking to replace all my fans since all my fans are stock.

I'm looking for the most quite build even at the cost of a few degrees of temperature.

Q1, Should i run all fans on case airflow fans or all of them on static pressure fans (for future expandability on water-cooling with custom loops)

Q2, Should i use push/pull on rads using case airflow fans, should i use push pull at all

Q3, Which fans should i choose for optimal results with lowest noise in mind

Thank you Ladies and Gentlemen i hope i wrote properly since this is my first build and my first time on forums.

1. Airflow is enough unless you have lots of cables in the way of the airflow, then switch to SP fans.

2. Pull is easier to clean cos you don't have to remove the fans to clean the rad of dust.  Dust will be on the otherside of the rad which is facing towards the motherboard.

3. In before Noctua NF-F12

EDIT : You should switch your rad around.  Intake would mean you pump all the hot air back into your case.

One of the first issues is that you have a 900D which is horrendous for air cooling. It's a case meant to be stuffed with rads.

Have you tried lowering the fan speeds?

i wanted to get water-cooling and rads but in Jordan they would cost me around 2000$ i have around 100% tax and customs

i tried lowering the speeds it all works out except for the fan on the 980ti which i tried to lower using Evga precision 13 and the lowest it went was around 1100 rpm which is still actually loud

i have all the filters of the 900D in place but can you please explain

Have more fans pulling air in and less exhausting. That means that the only places for dust to accumulate is on the intake fans which are filtered.

If you have the hard drive cages in place then use static pressure fans- something like Corsair SP120s. If you don't have any cages, then just stick with the stock fans or you can upgrade to better air flow fans.
