Best case for a storage server?

I need a case that can hold at least 10 3.5" Drives and 1 or 2 SSDs. must be $150 or less.

Also, what are some good RAID cards on the cheap? 
(for around 5 drives so i have room to add more drives)

i d drop, that diypc case and,like i said before, get as nzxt switch 210 for 30$, way more cooling and you don t want hot hdds, that case can hold 8hdd stock and got 3 5.25 bays where you could put 4 hdds later.

i don t know anything about raid cards, you might have some luck on ebay for these...

Why not get a rackmount one if you can. They are designed for this kind of thing. It will also mean if you expand your server amounts/networking equipment in the future the rack will be there and all the equipment will be in one place.
