Fan header extremely hard to remove

Don't know why, but it's impossible to remove a fan header I'm simply trying to unplug to test some things. Pulling straight and out is not working for some reason, and I really don't want to uninstall my gpu or psu to get it out. http://puu.sh/leQkq/1a140b70b2.jpg

Get some pliers and try pull it out slowly. Make sure the system is off so you dont short circuit anything.

You know what I just noticed? The plastic housing moves, but not the wires.

You know what I just noticed? The plastic housing moves, but not the wires.

The tab on the housing is stuck. Try bending the tab out a bit.
