OBS settings for low upload speed

I was screwing around with shadow play uploading, the quality was actually ok even on min settings but shadowplay has some issues IE needing to be full screen and I couldnt get KSP or ...something else to stream so im looking at OBS but Im wondering what settingfs to use I have about 0.85 mbps in upload speed, I was intending to use the Nvidia NVENC encoder since I imagine thats what shadowplay uses but other then that I dunno what to use for any of this stuff.

Streaming with slow internet is not an option, unless you want the stream to look real shit Sorry

as ive said ive already done it via shadow play and it was acceptable.

I have basically the same upload and tried to stream multiple times and it didn't work ...

 

Thankfully , i'm upgrading to 500/200 tuesday 

 

 

as ive said ive already done it via shadow play and it was acceptable.
