Asus Gpu Tweak ?

Hi guys, i bought a new rig and i bought a Asus Gtx970 Strix, and i wanna know if using Asus GPU Tweak will void my warranty. Or even, if there is a better gpu overclocking utility that also does not void warranty ?

sorry is this sounds nonesense, but i wan't to learn this.

There is no way for the manufacturer to tell if you have overclocked. 

 

MSI Afterburner is a popular choice, as is EVGA Precision X

 

EDIT: Also, the 900 series cards come with GPU Boost2.0, which essentially overclocks the cards by itself anyway.
