Good day!

I am a IT student in Latvia. started to read up on building my own pc. So far I have made a list of components. I would appriciate if someone with grater expiriance than myself could take a look at my build and tell me if i need to switch something up or are there any compatability issues in general with the build. Anything i might be missing.

Here is a link to my build.

Get either a Corsair or EVGA or SeaSonic power supply, also try using this website: http://pcpartpicker.com/  for creating a build. it will tell you if anything is not compatible.

I would also change that Case and CPU cooler if possible. CPU cooler wise, if you want to keep it on the cheap but good quality, go for CoolerMaster Hyper 2012 Evo.

Case wise, how much is a NZXT H440 there? Or something like Define R5 ? Something from Corsair will do too like a Obsidian 450D or Air 540.

Just better quality parts in general mate, you won't regret them.

edit: alternatively if you give me a budget in dollars or euros, i ll try build you a config.

Don't get the GTX 960 4gb, get a R9 380 4gb or wait for the R9 380x

It does go 75 over your budget, if it will be lightning fast with that SSD, and just save for a HDD later on for storage.

These parts will last you long time too, with the GPU being the only thing that you can change every year or two to keep up with new games.

He's from Latvia, I don't think he will buy those parts from Germany because of the shipment costs.

I had to select germany because it will display prices in euros on pcparptspicker. It was just a guide so if those parts are a lot more expensive in Latvia, then of course he can change accordingly.
