Best videocard for $200?

i'm planning on buying a new vcard, and my budget is $200

what's the best vcard for this pricerange?

i'm kinda leaning on a gtx 960. is it worth it?

R9 380 is 15% faster than a 960 for the same price or less

I'd go 380 over a 960 pending brand loyalty, features, and any special offers that might be floating around! (Free games, etc)
