I'll be getting a Hyper 212 Evo soon, I have a few questions:
a) Does it come with thermal paste?
b) How much thermal paste will I need for 2 CPUs? (My Dad's buying my old parts from me, so he'll need some thermal paste too)
c) What thermal paste should I get? I don't want to spend too much, I've seen the Artic Cooling MX-4 but for that price, I'm not sure if it will be too good of a quality.

I have a hyper 212X. It did not come with thermal paste. 1 Tube of CM Thermal compound/paste will be enough. Just put a drop/the size of a pea per processor

Here's a good size!

As for paste here's a good one. I use it.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

The cooler comes with decent paste which should be enough for at least 2 applications.
