$50 earbuds

if you can find some kilpsch s3s or s4s somewhere, those are really good. I can vouch for the s3's durability. they have survived 3 years of abuse every single day. whether its them dropping on the floor, or getting caught on the door they still bump drake like they were new, even though they look like shit. The s3s sound really balanced, the bass really starts to come alive when you turn up the volume but they don't overpower the mids and highs.
