Im getting this message whenever I load my computer up it says:

 

Reboot and select proper boot device

or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key

 

(i cant even go back to BIOS, and I inserted my usb with windows 10 and still stuck here)

Unplug any external drives, remove any media from internal drives, etc.

 

Maybe you can leave the Windows 10 USB plugged in though.

Reboot and spam F12. It should give you the option to boot from USB.

Try booting from the same USB on a different PC. Maybe it's not the PC.
