I don't know why, but it does say its working, but it stays at 0.0%

You have the slider set to full? the desktop client says that the gpu slot is actually working?

Can you check the load on your gpu with gpu-z or a similar program?

 

You might also want to follow your own topic to get notified when people respond to it
