Random pre-order question

Alright so this might sound stupid but I'm curious. I just finished pre-downloading fallout 4 to steam (yes i pre-ordered.... im a bad person) if i were to disconnect from the internet and change my pc clock... would i trick it in to thinking iys november 10th and let me play?

it needs to be sent the encryption key from steam to unlock

the current list of dead cards is as follows 2 evga gtx 980ti acx 2.0 , 1 evga gtx 980 acx 2.0 1600mhz core 2100mhz ram golden chip card ... failed hardcore , 1 290x that caught fire , 1 hd 7950 .

No that's not how that works. You need an internet connection to first unlock it, it's most likely encrypted(I'm not 100% sure about that myself but with most games including GTA it was like that, that's the only game that I've preordered recently).
