If I RMA'd my Seagate drive (which has been making drilling and buzzing noises) will my Windows 10 copy be replaced for my next drive that i put it on(not Seagate)?

Sorry, your question doesn't make too much sense to me.

Your Windows 10 key should still be usable because you're not changing motherboards.

You will want to make a full backup of the data on the drive before RMA'ing it, and you can probably restore that backup perfectly should you desire once you have got the new one.

Sig under construction.

Hardware manufacturers will not replace your data or OS on failed hard drives. As @Kherm said, they will send you a blank replacement drive.

If your Windows 10 installation was activated prior to failure, and your motherboard is the same, it should automagically activate once you reinstall.

If your installation was not activated, then simply reinstall it using the same Retail Key provided in the USB or DVD packaging.

If you upgraded from a previous Windows installation, you can also simply reinstall and it will automagically activate.

If you acquired Windows via less scrupulous means... well, as per the forum CoC, I'm not going to discuss that here.

No, it's stored on your hard drive. Your Windows 10 key is connected to the hardware ID of your mobo, the new hard drive you get will be blank and will need to have Windows 10 installed onto it again.
