Hi, I got an old 32'' Tv and I'm looking for a upgrade.

Anything like 1080p would do, but higher is better. I'm using only netflix and youtube videos. Any suggestions?

For budget I can go for 600€ or something, I don't need anything fancy, just need a upgrade =).

Thanks in advance.

Maybe you should go for a Used one.      Maybe you could get an old one with bad "Smart TV functions" (cheap) and buy a Chromecast to go along with it. :)
