Cannot log into Apps in Windows 10

Hey - For some reason I can't log into apps on my Desktop using W10, it works fine with my Laptop, but on my Desktop I just simply can't log into apps.

When I press the log in button a window (The login window I think) pops up for a split second, closes down and there's a loading icon on my cursor, but that disappears hen I move the mouse and nothing happens? I simply cannot log in to apps due to this :(!

uninstall then reinstall the apps

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!
