not really.. at 4.5ghz i can fry an egg on my hyper 212 x

But it wont fit.. The hyper 212X barly fits due to the ram and the mosfets.

If you can fit it, a h100i Gtx should do it easily, if not, the above linked noctua should do the job

Aio's are pretty straight forward. You can set them to directly exhaust the warm air also, which is a plus in a lower airflow situation

You can buy an extension for 20-30 USD. It depends on your CPU. I can't check because that part of Intel's site is temporarily down.
