Question on setting up fan.

I have question on Fan. I have a ITX motherboard with one SYS_FAN and CPU_FAN on it. I've connected the stock CPU cooler to CPU_fan and a front fan to SYS_FAN. I have a rear fan which I used a molex connector to get it working. 

 

I was planning to install a top fan for my casing but I can't find any slot to put in. Do i need something extra to get it working?

 

Also, in the future, I was planning to upgrade to a Fan Controller with total of 4 Fan. What do I need?

 

Lastly, I notice I have one extra cable on my fan which i did not use and it still works and my led still light up. (LED -/+ wire stated) for Bitfenix Spectre Pro
