Reboot? Also, your specs would help us out. What programs are running anything like Chrome or known to leak memory. I believe there is a memory leak issue in Windows 10, but not completely sure. We need more info.

Post a Screen shot of your task manager processes, that will probably clear some stuff up!
Edit: just skimmed through your other topic, post resource monitor of RAM as well.

It is RAM in use, or RAM caching stuff? Like this:

Post your resource monitor as well, that might have some more answers! Task manager>performance>resource monitor>memory

A 120GB SSD fills up quite quickly  ;) but maybe ccleaner can fix some space up for you

EDIT: Im still curious about the resource monitor as well, because I didnt spot 8 GB being used anywhere.

Your disk1 is running at such a high load because it is swapping like crazy. Do you have any programs open that could be using 2-3GB of RAM on their own? Firefox or Chrome with a couple of dozen tabs, a game, anything really.

What happens if you restart the computer? How quickly does the RAM fill up again? Does this happen if the computer is idling?

nope, hmm its at about 5% now, it was at 80% when i open stuff, usually just a high spike, than goes to normal, just ignore the disk is normal

how can i fix the ram usage!?

if you didnt notice my cached memory is only 70 MB, and non paged at 7.2GB ,look at the picture above^^

That means you have 7.2GB of "user stuff" (i.e. not hardware reserved) in RAM and 70MB of "spare" RAM for caching stuff for later. So you basically have 8GB of RAM, 8GB of page file (of which about 1.7GB is in use for a total of 9.7GB).

but im not using anything, the most currently using is firefox, and its using 150MB

As I just skim read this, I believe it's not been mentioned...

What OS are you running?

The issue might be that you've not got a Paging file.

Presuming you haven't...

Type in your Start Menu; "Advanced System Settings" and head to the Advanced section. Open the Settings tab in the Performance section under Advanced. Head over to Advanced within this and make sure that the "Adjust for best performance of:" part has "Programs" selected.

Underneath the Virtual Memory section, there should be a number measured in MB that tells you the "Total Paging file for all drives". Tell us this number.

Thanks!
