Streaming with 2 pc's

During the review of the Hauppauge HD PVR 2, Linus talked about how he used a HD aver media card on a 2 pc stream set up. Would anyone know how to set this up with a step by step guide?

You would use one computer to play the game and one computer to stream it. Your gaming computer HDMI out would go to the HDMI in on the Live Gamer HD that is installed on your streaming computer. Then the HDMI out on the Live Gamer HD would go to your monitor for the gaming pc. You use X-Split or the Aver Media Live Gamer HD recording software to record or stream. I prefer XSplit. Fairly simple setup.

I have this Aver Media Live Gamer HD and use it to stream, but with only one computer. I have mine setup for PC and xbox with an HDMI switch. Works really well
