Hi,

My PC stopped working recently and won't launch Windows. My SSD (Boot Drive) Is not being listed in the BIOS. I know the SSD isn't corrupt because I can plug it into a laptop (With a SATA --> USB Adapter) and all my data is still there.

Fast response would be great.

PC SPECS:

240GB Intel SSD (Boot Drive)

3TB Seagate HDD

Asus Sabertooth Z87 Motherboard

550watt PSU

EVGA 780 3GB

Try a different SATA cable or port, failing that change the power connector.

Use a different sata port

Ok I think I am getting somewhere. I have a message (In BIOS) saying:

The current BIOS setting do not fully support the boot device.

Go to Advanced --> Boot --> CSM Parameters, and adjust the CSM settings to enable the boot device.

Nope, that message is because you disabled the CSM while your system has a GPU which does not support UEFI GOP.

It says that CSM was enabled. So what do I do?

Leave it alone, your UEFI will auto enable it when it detects your GPU is not compatible. What is your GPU by the way?

Tried changing the power connector? New SATA Cable?

Only external HDD's

Then I'd suggest taking it down to your local PC shop and asking them to test the board with another HDD and to test your SSD in one of their machines.

Not much else you can do at this point.
