Choose the one that looks better to you, performance wise (cooling etc.) shouldn't be that different.

GIGABYTE for the better cooler or MSI for the better chip binning process. This is a silicon lottery kind of deal, but I'd go with the GIGABYTE.

I know this is motherboards, but i had the shitest experience with a gigabyte mobo, got me an MSI and it works majestically
