Red light on mobo

If it goes away after a few seconds it should be fine.

Hey I recently just built a new pc but when i turn it on there is a red light by the usb 3 slot. What does it mean and will it affect anything?

is there something written next to it? my red led next to my usb 3.0 header is for ram issue, what is your mobo?
