USB 3.1 TYPE C.HELP.

So in my upcoming build I'm using a z170 deluxe(don't judge) which include usb 3.1 plugs.So my question is to use a usb 3.1 cable  like this one do I plug the Type c side to the comuter and the other side to whatever i'm using it with.

 

 

P.S:I had no idea where to put this and I figured his was the best place so staff feel free to move this somewhere else.

logically it doesn't matter

 

 

but normally the usb a side will be in the computer. and the c side would plug into phones and other devices etc

Yeah, you would plug the type C side into the computer, and the other side into whatever device you want. You can get USB type C to micro USB, or USB type C to mini usb, the possibilities are endless and most of your devices will work.
