Speakers For PC....?

So I'm looking to buy a budget set of speakers for around 30-40€.... I do not mind buying a used set of speakers once they are working. Reason why I'm spending little is because I mostly wear headphones so I just want speakers to listen to music while not on the computer.... So from ebay.de (can be used remember), what would be the best speakers to invest in? Thanks :)

Logitech Z313 are decent. It's a 2.1 system with a sub so it will sound fine.
