If your looking for a budget phone i recommend the Xiaomi Redmi note 2 as it is one beast of a phone:

2.0GHz Mediatek Octacore Helio X10 - on par with the snapdragon 808

2GB ram

Plus as an extra MediaTek released the code of the SoC which means custom roms for example:

If you can get an invite I'd recommend the OnePlus 2 or if it's still too expensive the new Moto G is an absolute beast for it's price tag.

My budge is 200 dollars and i want Unlocked carrier because i live in Greece but i can use my Amazon

If you can get it I would reccomend a LG G2. I got mine for just about $150, but I do not know if any will work in your region.
