Points don't show up?

So I've noticed a couple of times now my F@H web control panel will show a certain amount of points (that I currently have), and I'll check it just before a WU finishes, and then again a few minutes after, and the points haven't gone up.  I checked the log and it doesn't seem to indicate any errors, and I worked out that given the total time I've been folding for so far, the points I have are roughly what I would expect, so I'm not sure what's going on... any ideas?
