Second card won't boost clockspeed!

im using sli and the second card sometimes get bugged or something cause it's stuck in a idle boost speed and it won't clock up which then puts the game locked at maximum of 40 fps?

so i have to re start the computer for the bugg to dissapear then when it comes back from sleep or something it's back to the weird boost  problem

You crashed the second card, and or at continuing to crash it. It's going into safe mode.

awh must be the windows install im having really many weird issues on it...
