Windows 10 dpi problem

Hi, i´m having problems in w10 with scale. I have a 1080 display and with default scale is so small that is uncomfortable to see. So i usuall have 125% scale but when i upgrade my W7 to W10 when i changed the scale any programe changed it´s dpi only it´s size. What is the problem? Anyone is having it. I do not even think how would i see it in a 4k monitor
