Youtube Buffering

So today Youtube just decided to say nope. Everything else works fine but Youtube videos just keep on buffering. 

 

My internet speed -> 4787792667.png

 

Could it be their servers?

This was happening to me last year all of a sudden and someone recommended this to me, after i made the change the problem went away and i have not had a problem since.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.

Thats your problem.

 

SpeedTest.net is allowed through at highest priority

Most other things are subject to their bandwidth policies...
