New Case or Water cooling

Hello

 

Im planning to upgrade from my noisy stock amd cooler to achieve an OC to around 4.5-4.6 ghz if possible

Also the case that i have right now , the aerocool xpredator x1 isnt the best in sound , cable mangement and it doesnt have window : /

budget is around 100-110 euros , maybe I can buy both a new case and a watercooler but i wouldn't count on that.

 

So i could get a new case like the fractal design s or the phantkes enthoo pro M and and add an hyper 212 evo

Or i could stick with my case and buy a 240mm water cooler for maybe an higher OC and cooler temps

 

What is the best option?

that works , but then i see al the cables because my case sucks in cable mangement and then theres dust

it's what I do if you have a modular psu it makes it look better

Get the new case and hyper 212 evo

Get a new case. Then do custom water cooling

Make it smexy

Thanks , i will go with a new case and add an hyper 212 evo since that cooler can handle an 4.4-4.5ghz OC
