English US respawning in Keyboard Method on Windows 8

Hi,

 

Sometimes, when I need to swap my default keyboard entry method (from French Azerty to Japanese IME), the English US (Qwerty) spawns while I didn't add it at all like on this screenshot:

The only methods I have add myself are French and Japanese.

 

I don't need and I don't want to have English US because when I switch the entry methods it's faster de press WINDOWS+SPACE once to switch to Japanese and again to go back to my Azerty keymap.

 

If I add English US and remove it, it removes the English Keymap. But it always respawns randonmly after a random amount of time when I need to swich keymaps.

 

I'm running Windows 8 Pro 64bit French.
