None of these contain anything about the Photon which sucks. What are your thoughts on the PSU?

since it's not on "Ampharos"s list, it's probably not very reliable, the newegg review's seem good though, you can query @STRMfrmXMN directly, he may be able to give details

Look up some reviews on it. If you can't find much, or there are just reviews from sites you've never heard of, then stay away. It would likely be a cheap Chinese unit that's been branded.

The efficiency rating doesn't really mean anything about quality, but it's basically how much power it wastes. The better the efficiency, the cheaper it is to run, effectively. It's not a big difference unless you're 24/7 mining with it or something.

The verdict is that it's "meh".
