Youtube volume

For some reason youtube's volume gos down when i am listening to music.

when im watching a video with my headphones i cant hear a diffrence but on my speakers i do.

if i play back the song it suddenly goes louder. it is realy irritating.

Is there a solution or do i have to live with it?

There MUST be something somewhere within the Windows 10 system settings. Also having this issue. Weirdly, it also happens with stuff that's got no sound at all, which is particularly irritating.
