Whats wrong with it?

So starting yesterday my computer was being a little weird. It won't load up chrome. It won't launch. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it a few times. 

I am running windows 10 btw. 

 

But then later (15-25 minutes later) After i stopped trying to load up chrome it came up as if i just clicked on it. 

 

Then when I went to turn it off it had the thing where it said "shutting down" or something like that. Which usually goes from 1-5 seconds. But it held that all night long. So i just held the power button to turn it off this morning. 

 

What should I look for to fix it? It loads the internet fine and does everything else.

How is it working today? Have you tried loading chrome.

 

I have found that chrome sometimes gets stuck in my task manager, which is weird. Sometimes up to 10 instances even when the browser is closed. After stopping those instances it worked fine.

I havn't tried today. I'm at school right now.
