Compress Video Files

i downloaded some 720p h.264 video files but they're around 800mb. is there any way  to compress more to make the file size smaller? its okay if the video file quality gets compromised a bit.

Download Mediacoder, and "compress to filesize", try a few smaller sizes and see if the quality is still good enough.
