Hello there everyone i am here today to seek your assistance in helping me answer some of the following question for my Project Work, please try and answer it as detailed as possible thank you for taking your time.

Q2. What IT technical issues/problems have you recently faced?

 

Q3.If you are facing certain IT-related issues, what would you do about it?

 

Q4. Are you able to resolve said respective IT-related issues yourself?

 

Q5. How much would you pay for such services?

Q1. Multiple monitors and games completely separate but running on 1 pc using multiple virtual machines, that sounds pretty cool.

 

Q2. Creating a scary VBS script to scare my friend for halloween.

 

Q3. I need a specific bit of code for VBS which can download audio without corrupting it, I have used many methods but not many seem to work. I have been on many websites to ask but no-one knows why it is corrupting the data as it's only downloading it.

 

Q4. Depending on the IT issue, only code I know (fully) like python and C++ and sometimes hardware related, I sometimes get questions about server which I have no idea how to answer because I have never experienced a server myself and although I have seen videos about them I have never watched a full explanation how the major ones work. 

 

Q5. I am quite intuitive and I would rather attempt to work a few hours trial and error testing to get the program working myself than get someone to do it for me. Also doing it this way gives me a better understanding of my own code.

Q1 . Cyber Security, ddos attacks and the like

 

Q2. Ransomware, on a relatives computer. 

 

Q3. I fixed the problem myself, livebooted into fedora, opened the windows boot > found the ransomware password in the code > IN PLAIN TEXT

 

Q4. Most of them, i only contact support for things i pay for - Adobe CC - Best customer support

 

Q5.  Just anti-virus, and i use lots of free ones in addition to Kaspersky Complete Total Secure Pro Ultra Protection (Or something like that, i pay yearly and just let it do its thing)
