Temps program

Is there any programs out there right now where the program records your temps every like 20 mins and puts them into a file. i am currently using open hardware moniter

I don't know about a file, but you could just go to the graphs provided by msi afterburner (it gives cpu temps as well) or the resource monitor (taskmanager>performance>open resouce monitor).

Try HWiNFO.

HWiNFO has option for that. Also OCCT does save some graphs into file when you do stress test. Others tend to save only min/max.
