my internet keeps on crahing

ok so i have xfinity internet and most days it crahes at least 2 or more times a day some days it does not crash at all.I know the frist thing your going to say is check the modem but i have  got a new one the last one was a netgear and the new one is a motorola one.i have look up to see if any one els in my area has the same isusse but one seams to so iam think it is the Coaxial Cable comeing from the wall.btw the area that i live in is the outer houstin area (sorry i don't what to give my towns full name)

It's probably the fact that Xfinity/Comcast are shit to be honest. I would know, Comcast never fails to let me down.

ikr.... they just gave me the 300gb data cap.... and we went through it in the first 15 days. lmao

yes but u think its the cable sic most of the time if i plug it out den back in it fixes it shelf most of the time
