Was just gonna log into steam and there was an update, so i updated. (122MB) and after it updated i check my desktop and saw this: https://gyazo.com/8f4c131c9b16765e5f357e5dbd51978d

Now that i tried to just move it to my download folder, some of them wouldnt move because Steam was open so i exited steam and successfully moved them. But when i was starting up steam again, it downloaded this thing again and all the folders on my dekstop were back. What the hell is going on?

uninstall steam

install it and make sure you move the download destination to the folder you want (can be done during the installation)

Well, please explain why you installed steam on your desktop?

I didnt install it, i already had it installed but it just decided to update and that happened.
