5400 RPM is fine with Windows 8.1 - I use that as my boot drive - nothing major to complain about.

I'm looking for laptop for the price range of £600-750. I will be needing it for video editing and some gaming. i7 would do good. 16 GB ram, SSD if possible. Also 13-15" would do nice. 

 

 

I will be editing 720p 1080p. Must have and SD card slot. 

 

I need it for portability.
