good file converter program?

So right now I'm playing with the new RPG Maker MV and found out that a lot of stuff needs somewhat odd file types for example the audio needs to have an .ogg and m4a file to run right. 

 

I know we have convert online but is there an "all in one" program offline solution that would also inevitably be faster due to being CPU based?
