After effects or Vegas pro is my guess.

Peripherals:

Monitor: LG 29UM57; Headset: HyperX Cloud II; Keyboard: Gamdias Hermes Mechanical; Mouse: Zowie EC2-A

That's done in Adobe After Effects.

EDIT: After Effects for the visual effects but Premiere Pro for final composite.

no he uses vegas not premiere, he even has a how its made video.

It's not that bad with the student edition, you can get individual programs for like less than 3$ a month.
