System Locale

Hi,

I'm running a Windows 7 and i'm wondering if there is a way for me to switch between system locale without constantly restarting?

I have some programs that won't run in US locale and most other games won't run on Japanese locale.

The restating in order to change back and forth is really annoying.

 

Any help is appreciated.

Well you have to restart there's no work around it, maybe invest in an SSD so your boot times are faster
