Get the XFX one, Asus coolers on AMD cards are horrible

Hello forum,

I'm currently looking to buy (or build) a PC. I live in Greece and I don't really have alot of money (tower+monitor+cheap keyboard < 1000 euros). I've found a good TV/Monitor (Samsung 21.5" T22D390EW) for 155. I'll pick up a cheap keyboard for another 20 and then down the road upgrade to a mechanical. That leaves about another 825 for a tower + windows 10. I want to go with an M-ATX motherboard, because I don't have alot of room in my apartment (I'm a UNI stident) and I don't really game, however I love music. I'm thinking 8GB of RAM to give me some free space to move around. Even though this is my first build, I know exactly how to build a PC. 

I live in Greece and prices are a little high here. All opinions are welcome!!!!!

An APU with some fast ram should do you just fine, but an i5 with a 950 should be good too

An APU with some fast ram should do you just fine, but an i5 with a 950 should be good too
